"I think the most precise description of our consciousness is the continuity of the discontinuity. Thus I state with my work the fact we all have a fragmented self, and I'm interested in the voids that separate our different characters. Many of this ideas can be found in the Eastern contemporary traditions. All of those traditions make reference to this".

"Painting is an exercise in present tense, everything else is for telling a story I don't care. What matters to me is the experience with which I embrace the moment, that instant I let go just after. I am a painter by default, because I like looking. I could not be a writer. I enjoy saying something, then the opposit and like this all the time. This is easier in painting than in writing".
